Is it free to open an account?
Yes. Opening an account, depositing crypto and sending crypto to other Zarkoin users with Zarkoin Pay are free. Spot trading fees start at 0.10% and go down as your monthly volume grows. Every fee is shown before you confirm.
How do I buy crypto with my local currency?
Open Buy crypto, enter how much you want to spend and pick how you pay. Zarkoin finds the best P2P offer for that amount. You pay the seller with JazzCash, UPI, bank transfer or another method they accept, and the crypto is released from escrow to your account once they confirm the payment. Prefer to choose the seller yourself? Use the P2P marketplace.
Do I need to verify my identity?
You can deposit, trade and withdraw up to $2,000 a day after confirming your email or phone. Verifying your identity raises the limit to $200,000 a day and unlocks P2P. Our team reviews documents by hand, usually within a few hours.
How do I know my funds are safe?
Every day we publish a proof of reserves comparing customer balances with the crypto in our wallets, and you can check that your own balance is included. Hot wallet keys are encrypted and kept away from the website servers.
What if I choose the wrong network when withdrawing?
Zarkoin checks the address before you send. Networks that can’t receive at that address are hidden, and memo or tag fields are required where the destination needs them.
